Me Time -'Time spent relaxing on one’s own as opposed to working or doing things for others, seen as an opportunity to reduce stress or restore energy.'

The idea of attending therapy can be overwhelming for many of us - we feel we have somehow failed if we cannot cope on our own. Talking things through can help. I am a qualified and experienced person centred counsellor. I work in a non-judgmental and confidential way. The relationship between you and the counsellor is essential for a successful outcome so our first session is about seeing how it feels to talk to me about your issues.

I am experienced in the fields of addiction and bereavement and currently volunteer for a drug and alcohol charity in High Wycombe and as a bereavement volunteer with Cruse.

As a member of the BACP I adhere to the ethical framework and undertake regular supervision. I also hold a certificate of proficiency.

Initial sessions are charged at £20.00. If you decide to continue, subsequent sessions are £40.00. Concessions are available for students.

I work from a private room in Flackwell Heath, Bucks and can offer appointments afternoons, evenings and weekends.
