FAQ'S
Counselling can provide some well needed Me Time. It’s a safe space to talk and reflect, to address serious problems or simply to put yourself first and focus on what you need. Counselling provides a non-judgemental ear, somewhere to say anything you like without fear of people’s reactions. A safe place to work through niggles or major life issues. A place for some Me Time.
I am a qualified and experienced person centred counsellor and a member of the BACP. I currently work in private practice and on a voluntary basis. I am experienced in the fields of addiction and bereavement and currently volunteer for a drug and alcohol charity in High Wycombe and as a bereavement volunteer with Cruse.
Please call or email me for further information or to make an appointment.
